We offer free standard shipping and handling on all orders within Australia. Express delivery is available for a small additional charge. International shipping will be quoted automatically by the website during the ordering process. All orders are processed with urgency, and most are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. You can calculate the estimated delivery timeframe on step 3 of 4 of the checkout process, as well as compare free standard shipping with express shipping for a small extra charge.

| I am an international customer. Will your DVDs play on my DVD player? |

Many of our DVDs and are 'all region', meaning there is no restriction on which region of the world it can be played. Some DVDs are 'region 4', which means unless you have a multi-region DVD player, it will only play on players in Australia, Pacific Islands, as well as Central and South America. You will find that for most of our DVDs the region code is noted in the product information.
